    Borrower has 5 acres in Little Torch Keys, Fl. Value of 12M. Had to file Chp. 11 account of bad business partner. Property has marina, and is fully entitled. We are either looking for a refi to get out of the BK or a combination loan to build rental condos on the property. Need 4.5M to bail out BK or 25M for whole thing.
