    I need a good hard money lender to get started in California. I've been licensed for 14 years. I would like to take my business to the next level. I closed over 100 hard money loans on my investment side and would like to start doing my own loans. Any advise would be greatley appreciated.

    When I do rehabs (I'm a long-time licensed CA Gen'l Contractor), I like to use hard money lenders. If you become one, let me know.
