I have a deal worth 15% - 95% ROI to anybody who can fund my property improvement.

For comparison:
- A money market account returns 1.29%
- 30-yr Treasury bonds return 4.81%
- The S&P500 index's annual return was -1.19% between 2000 and 2009 including dividends
I don't think it's possible to find a better investment.
The loan amount isn't huge, but this is an easy way to earn a couple grand at minimum for a few minutes work (all the more so if VirginMoneyUS.com handles the lending paperwork/settlement online with a few easy clicks).
