I had one that was in WPB that was MTG 1,195,000.00 it was 2 loans with a 917k assumable first 2nd would be picture due to first forclosing as-is-value 937k asset-manager was someone I knew told me 400k and I could take it had national hard money all set up 2 days before closing said out of funds 78K NOI. I call BS I think there are alot of people calling themselves HARD MONEY LENDERS BUT FAR FROM IT.
