    lOOKING FOR 3-4 TRUE HARD MONEY LENDERS.I WANT THEN TO BE TRUE ASSET LENDERS NO CREDIT NO DOC OR LITE DOC (NINA) I ONLY LOOKING FOR TERMS TO BE 6-18 MONTHS TOPS. THE PROPERTIES ARE ALL COMMERCIAL MULTI- FAMILY WITH STRONG POSITIVE NOI AND THE PORPERTIES HAVE STRONG ATLEAST 80% OCC RATE.
