I am looking for investors that are whiling to finance individuals who have no credit, bk's or just bad credit if they were to put a 10-20% down and have an interest rate of about 10-12%. Ideally this financing will be for properties under 100,000 and amortized at about 10-15 years. One of the requirements will be to check their debt to income ratio and make sure they can afford their home. We would also get properties cheaper then what they are worth, for instance if a property is worth 100K we would get it for 80K or less, minus the down payment. I am putting together a business plan but this is a small overview of what I am looking for. Please reply if this may interest anyone, thanks.
