    I need roughly 25% LTV ($50K)to rehab a home. Does any one know of a lender that can help?

    I know many hard money lenders in Florida who do rehab work, but the loan amount you are seeking is too small. Most of my contacts are interested in loans with a minimum of $100,000.
    Perhaps someone in the forum knows of a small investor who may be interested,
