    We don't get involved with film and television projects. Hard money lenders typically use real estate as security. As a matter of fact, i work with hundreds of lenders from coast to coast and do not know one lender who funds the type of deals Robert is looking for. He is looking for an angel investor not a hard money lender.

    Pitbull Admin, could u be kind to give me the info on an ACTUAL hardmoney investor/s who would fund an existing commercial building deal in Hawaii? Please give me the info on a hardmoney lender u personally know has funded deals recently and has the money to fund deals and doesnt collect upfront fees. Every one is parading as a hardmoney lender, but all they do is collect unfront fees and do not deliver. Again, could u give me the info on another ACTUAL hardmoney/bride loan investor who would fund deals in most states? If u give me a couple of names and numbers so i can work with that will be greatly appreciated.Thanks alot.
