Question 1: Do I need experience in hard money lending to attend your conference?
Answer:
Many mortgage brokers and investors attend our national hard money events without any
prior experience in hard money.
Question 2: Do I need a license to broker hard money for residential and commercial real estate?
Answer: Some states do not require a license for commercial hard money
brokers. However, almost all states require a license to broker residential properties.
Question 3: I am a mortgage broker and want to become a hard money lender, how long does it take to create a private placement memorandum (PPM) or a state circular offering?
Answer: A REG. D 506 filing usually takes 40 to 45 days for completion, an
state circular offering can take up to 8 weeks depending on the state.
Question 4: I am a hard money lender, is this event appropriate for me?
Answer: Many boutique lenders, private investors and large hard money
lenders attend our event. There is a significant amount of information that hard money lenders
can receive from attending. In addition, the networking and relationship building with
mortgage brokers and investors from all over the country is powerful.

Answer: The marketing segment is an integral part of our hard money training.

Question 7: Do you sell anything at your event as a back end product?
Answer: Your registration covers all fees. We do not sell anything at the event.

Question 9: Does your hard money conference focus on residential properties or commercial properties?
Answer: Our focus is educating mortgage brokers and investors in how to
prosper in residential hard money lending and commercial hard money lending.

Answer: Foreclosure rates are at a all time high. We have never seen a

Question 12: Is your DVD the same information as your event?
Answer: The DVD series is almost 8 hours of information. The hard money
DVD series was filmed September 3rd 2009. It contains the exact same information as our live
event. Having said that, attending our live event allows you to network, make contacts
and build strong relationships. We ship our DVD's overnight delivery with no shipping charges.

Question 14: How long is the event?
Answer: The event is a 1 day conference. Doors open at 7am for breakfast and final
registration. The event ends at 5:30pm with a hosted cocktail party following.
